This week in Mark's computer science class, students competed in a Kahoot review in preparation for an exam about internet privacy.
Last week honor roll students took a field trip to South Valley Lanes where they bowled and played pool.
Students in the US History classes at Landmark were in the trenches this week. Chelsie and Sue Ann's classes are learning about World War I and spent part of the day simulating trenches in the classroom- minus the mice, trench foot, and blood!
With the seasons changing, Ben's creative writing class took to the outdoors for inspiration last week. Students walked along the river parkway to commune with nature like the Transcendentialists.
Landmark works to instill 5 Vital Behaviors that will keep our students on the pathway to success, no matter what they choose to do with their lives. The first and foremost of these is attendance. The students below have met Landmark's attendance requirement for our first mini-term. Well done and keep up the great work, Dragons!
Perfect Attendance (No absences, tardies, or sluffs)
The following students earned a 3.5 GPA or better our first mini-term. Congratulations Dragons!
