Wellness Day Helps Students overcome issues

Submitted by brian.davenport on

On Wednesday April 22, 2014, Landmark High School, in Spanish Fork, held a “wellness day.” Students had the opportunity to meet a bunch of different members of the community and listen to their stories. They talked to the students about their experiences in life with depression and drug abuse. It was a good experience, because students were able to see how depression, mental illness and drug abuse can affect everyone.
