Who is a first-generation student?

A student who is a part of the first generation of his or her family to attend college or neither parent holds a bachelor's degree.
Going to college as a first-generation student doesn't have to be overwhelming. It should be exciting! At the first-generation conference, we'll prepare you for an easy transition into higher education by teaching you how to utilize the best tools and resources tailored specifically for you.
Come prepared to win 1 of 100 giveaways during our daily social media challenge! Students must pre-register before the conference to claim a prize.
