Students continued to work on their "How To" projects for English. These students explained the process for checking the oil in a car. Shelby completed the check. Karen captured each step in photos. Joey and Hailey then described and transcribed each of the completed steps in a presentation. This activity expanded the student's expository writing, communication, and collaborative skills. The final result is a useful, practical tutorial in basic car care.
Chef Molen was at it again today! Students tried their hand at sesame chicken with rice, from scratch. All the ingredients were there for a double delicious dinner.
