Landmark Collects 100 Cell Phones for Recycling

Landmark High School in Spanish Fork, would like to thank all the members of the community who have dropped of their used cell phones for recycling.  Landmark was able to collect 100 used cell phones, which have been shipped back to Samsung for recycling.  Landmark receives double entry into a drawing for one of fifty grants of $1,000 to be used for green space improvements at the school, for every 25 cell phones collected and submitted prior to May 1st.

Landmark High School in Spanish Fork, would like to thank all the members of the community who have dropped of their used cell phones for recycling.  We would especially like to thank Macey’s Food and Drug Store in Spanish Fork, who allowed the student council of Landmark High School to hand out flyers and collect cell phones.  With the effort of the students donating old cell phones, and the community, Landmark has been able to collect 57 cell phones as of Friday morning April 23, 2010.
