Submitted by hilary.jones on

Chelsie and Matt have been planning this April fools day joke for years waiting for school to be held on April fools. This year their dreams came true. Matt and Chelsie were able to play a practical joke on their students by switching classes and teaching each others subjects for a time.

Hilary Jones: Math Magician

Submitted by Carrie.pingel on

Hilary is an amazing teacher. She helps out anyone and everyone when they need help in math. She teaches people as she’s helping them because she writes the problem on the table. It’s simple and effective. Hilary totally helped me get through math this year!

Handcrafted Journals in SueAnn's

Submitted by Carrie.pingel on

Humanities students got to make their own journals in class. The process began as they selected sections of leather, folded paper to size, marked the spaces and punctured the holes, dyed the leather, added stamps or embellished designs in the leather, then tied in the pages of the journal with sturdy waxed thread. The whole process was completed with a buckle, strap, or fastener to complete the individualized journal-making process.
